WEEKENDS MAINLY!

Our team is the heart of what we do, and we're looking for a Part-time weekends Barista / Team Member to join our Bainbridge Island café. Team atmosphere - work in a supportive, community-focused crew. What You'll Do Craft hot and iced espresso drinks with care and accuracy. Prepare sandwiches, bake pastries, and scoop ice cream. Deliver friendly, attentive service to every customer. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Keep the café clean and welcoming throughout the day. Follow all food safety and health standards. What We're Looking For Must be 18+ (no high school applicants). Previous food service or customer service experience a plus, but not required—we'll train. Availability for both weekday and weekend shifts , plus holiday coverage (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.). Reliable, flexible, and eager to learn. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to obtain a Washington State Food Handler's Permit.

Schedule & Compensation Part-time:

16-25 hours/week. Shifts range from 4-8 hours Weekend and holiday availability required.

Base Pay:

$17.13 - $17.50 per hour (DOE)
