Travel Sales Associate

About WYN Distribution WYN Distribution is a glass/paraphernalia wholesale distributor located in Bellingham, WA. We are a small team of 7, including the owner, and we all work together to accomplish our weekly sales goals. We have 2 sales vans that are on the road most of the week, and a warehouse that does Online orders from our Website (www.wyndistribution.com). We also have occasional local drop-in appointments at our warehouse.

Job Overview:

Full Time Position (Monday

• Friday 8:30AM
• 5:00PM)
• weekly pay @ $21.00/hr. (DOE) Looking for someone to join our road sales team. Our sales vans have a complete stock of our current inventory (similar to Snap On). We have 1 van that covers all of Washington (Including Spokane). Our other van covers all of Oregon & occasionally California. Sales trips differ every week. Some weeks you will need to be on the road Monday
• Friday, while other weeks might only be 3 or 4 nights.

90% of sales trips are out of town & overnight (hotels & per diem for food are provided). Weeks when you are not on the road, you will be in the warehouse restocking your sales van and helping with other warehouse responsibilities. This job will have a 30-day probationary period.

Road Sales Responsibilities:

Join our Sales Lead for Overnight Trips (Some work trips are Monday-Friday, while other weeks you will be home every night. Every week is different) Create Digital Invoices During Customer Appointments (Computer knowledge is a plus) Hand Write Invoices for Customer Appointments (Must be Legible) Accept Credit Card payments from Customers Restocking Sales Van Every Week Ability to lift 75lbs (You will be unloading & loading our sales van for each appointment) Ability to Drive a Sprinter Van (Must Have a Clean Driving Record) Ability to stay in the car for long periods of time (average of 20 hours per week of driving)

Warehouse Responsibilities:

Building Online Orders Shipping Online Orders (Packing & Creating Shipping Labels) Inventory Intake Restocking Inventory in Warehouse Minimal Cleaning (Garbage, Sweeping, etc.)

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age Must have current Driver's License Must be able to go out of town for sales trips Must be able to lift 75 pounds Computer Literacy Knowledge of i502 glass/paraphernalia is a plus Good Attitude Dog Friendly Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug test (not weed)
