Superior Smoke is looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Bothell location. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys interacting with customers, and has strong sales skills. The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous smoke shop, vape shop, or retail sales experience is preferred but not required. We're willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers. Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Actively promote products, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities. Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Restock merchandise, organize displays, and monitor inventory levels. Learn and maintain knowledge of store products, including vaping products, cigars, tobacco, glassware, and accessories. Verify customer identification and follow all applicable tobacco and vapor product sales regulations. Complete daily opening and closing duties as assigned. Work independently and take initiative during slower periods.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to recommend and upsell products. Dependable, punctual, honest, and responsible. Ability to work independently without constant supervision. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Willingness to learn about products and store operations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Weekend and evening availability preferred. Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
