You'll join a small team where your work matters every day — from crafting and packaging products with care, to engaging with customers in our store, to helping bring our vision to life at local festivals and markets. What You'll Do Package and label our handcrafted spice blends and teas with care and precision. Stock, organize, and maintain our retail space so it's always ready to welcome customers. Assist customers in-store, offering knowledge and hospitality they won't forget - this role is equal parts sales and operations. Help prep and fulfill online and wholesale orders on time and to standard. Support our presence at local festivals and markets , helping set up, connect with customers, and represent our brand with energy and professionalism. Pitch in with cleaning, organizing, and whatever else is needed to keep things running smoothly. The Details Location:

Bremerton, WA Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours/week, flexible (sometimes more hours and sometimes less), with some weekend events.

Pay:

$18/hour

Start:

As soon as possible Additional Requirements Must have reliable transportation to and from work and to local offsite events. Must be able to safely transport products and event materials as needed, including loading and unloading boxes and equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
