Budtender

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
• Assist customers in selecting the right marijuana products based on their preferences and needs
• Educate customers on the various strains, effects, and consumption methods of marijuana products
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all state and local laws and regulations regarding the sale of marijuana products

Skills:

• Strong sales skills with a background in electronics, wireless, or technology sales
• Ability to effectively demonstrate and explain product features and benefits
• Fluent in Spanish (bilingual) is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members Please note that this position requires knowledge of marijuana products and compliance with state laws.
