As a sales associate at our Washington location, you have the ability to sell from any of our 4 local dealerships giving you a huge available inventory advantage.

Role Description:

SPANISH SPEAKING PREFERRED

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mount Vernon, WA for a Sales Consultant at Karmart Nissan. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their car buying journey. This includes understanding their needs and preferences, providing information about available vehicles, conducting test drives, negotiating prices, and facilitating the sales process. You will also build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Must be willing to work on Weekends. We will train and provide you with the tools necessary to be successful.

Qualifications:

No sales experience is required, we will train you. Outgoing, energetic, helpful, and positive personality. Be able to follow a sales process. Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving. Motivated by commission pay plans and eager to improve. Time management skills to be consistently productive. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Compensation:

More detailed Pay-Plan available with Experience in Automotive Sales. $ 4,000-month Guarantee for the first 90 days based on a full-time schedule with no extra time off More detailed Pay-Plan available with Experience in Automotive Sales. Compensation is commission-based and paid on the profit of each sale with a minimum of $150. per unit Deals 1-8 pay 20% commission Salesperson of the month bonus is $800. Excellent Spiff Program for the sale of Finance and Protection Products. Special employee pricing on vehicle purchases, parts, service, and labor PTO earned at 1 hour off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state-paid sick leave law.
