Club Pilates is looking for an energetic, positive, and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and prospects, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional studio experience while helping grow our membership community. What You'll Do Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. Conduct studio tours and Intro consultations. Build relationships with prospective and current members. Follow up with leads and help convert prospects into members. Assist with membership sales, retail sales, and studio promotions. Support community outreach and grassroots marketing efforts. Maintain accurate notes, follow-up tasks, and member communication. Help keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting. What We're Looking For Passion for health, wellness, and fitness.
