Now Hiring:
Store Counter Sales Associate Join Our Team at Boyer Park & Marina, KOA! We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Store Counter Sales Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our guests. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and being part of a fun, hospitality-focused environment. This is a seasonal position May - End of September. Perfect for the college student schedule. We also look for the person that can return year after year. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service Assist guests with purchases in the camp store Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately Stock shelves and maintain attractive merchandise displays Answer questions about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions Help keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Assist with inventory and receiving merchandise Support guests to ensure they have an enjoyable stay
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer and cash-handling experience Retail, hospitality, campground, or customer service experience preferred
