About Us:

Evergreen Smoke & Vape is a small business, locally owned and operated with our store located in Everett, Washington right next door to the Lids (formerly Kush21/KushMart) North Everett Dispensary. We pride ourselves in having a great selection of the newest and hottest smoke and vape products for the local community.

Position Summary:

We are looking for charismatic, energetic and knowledgeable people to join our team in becoming the best smoke and vape shop in town. Must have a warm, welcoming demeanor with positive attitude and demonstrate excellent customer service for our regulars. Will train the right candidate.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21+ Years of Age Must have previous Retail Sales & Cash Handling experience Must have at minimum High School Diploma or GED Have a reliable means of transportation Must undergo Background Check Prior Budtender / Smoke Shop experience

Position Duties:

Conduct cash/credit/debit sales transactions using the Point-Of-Sale system ensuring transaction amounts are correct and till is balanced at end of shift. Maintain and follow Washington State Liquor & Cannabis Board (WSLCB) rules regarding sale of alcohol, tobacco and vapor products and denying sales to underage individuals by verifying IDs using the IntelliCheck system. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of I-502, Tobacco and Vape products and be the point of contact for customer questions and concerns. Build a rapport with regular customers while developing and maintaining effective, professional relationships with store employees and management. Follows all company policies, procedures, and practices, including management direction within reason. Maintain appearance of the front end of the store, cleaning, stocking and facing products on the store floor and other related duties following the cleaning and stocking checklist and/or additional related tasks assigned by Shift Managers and Management. Use proper theft prevention techniques and proper product control to prevent loss. Able to open and close the store following appropriate protocol and procedures. Be able to use excellent communication skills coupled with a charismatic character and personality to create an awesome work environment. Good vibes are a must. Please note that these tasks are not all inclusive and will change from time to time based on business needs, within reason.
