We are currently hiring a full-time AT&T Retail Sales Associate in Fife, WA. This is an in-person, face-to-face retail sales position supporting AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services inside established retail locations. Retail Sales Associates work directly with customers to identify their wireless and connectivity needs, explain available AT&T products, service plans, features, pricing, and current promotions, and assist interested customers through the sales, activation, and service enrollment process. This is not a remote, office-based, door-to-door, or cold-calling position. No prior telecommunications or sales experience is required. Paid training is provided. ] per week Uncapped commission opportunities in addition to guaranteed base pay Commission earnings are based on individual sales performance and are not guaranteed Paid weekly Paid training provided Performance-based advancement opportunities Day-to-Day Responsibilities As an AT&T Retail Sales Associate, you will: Work face-to-face with customers inside assigned retail locations Approach and engage customers to identify their wireless and telecommunications needs Promote and sell AT&T wireless, internet, mobility, and telecommunications products and services Explain available AT&T service plans, features, pricing, and current promotions Educate customers on wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions Conduct needs-based sales presentations using provided product and sales training Recommend appropriate AT&T products and service options based on individual customer needs Assist interested customers with new account setup, service enrollments, activations, upgrades, and sales transactions Generate new customer acquisitions and eligible account upgrades Answer customer questions and provide accurate product and service information Accurately process customer information, applications, activations, and transactions Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, plans, and promotions Track individual sales activity and performance Work toward established daily and weekly sales goals Maintain professional and positive customer interactions Participate in ongoing product, customer service, and sales training This position is performed in person inside established retail locations and involves actively approaching and engaging customers regarding AT&T telecommunications products and services. Schedule Full-time Approximately 40 hours per week Retail operating hours Weekend availability is required Local travel to assigned retail locations may be required Reliable transportation is required for local travel Qualifications Candidates should: Be at least 18 years old Be authorized to work in the United States Be comfortable approaching and speaking with customers face-to-face Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be interested in developing experience in sales and customer acquisition Be comfortable working toward individual sales and performance goals Be coachable and willing to learn AT&T products, services, and sales presentations Be comfortable standing and moving throughout scheduled retail shifts Have reliable transportation for required local travel Maintain a professional attitude when representing AT&T products and services Be available for a full-time retail schedule, including weekends A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
