notices what needs to be done and does it enjoys engaging with customers in a genuine way values being part of something meaningful What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer Engage in natural conversation that builds connection and trust Support sales through thoughtful recommendations (not pushy selling) Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store Operate POS and handle transactions with accuracy Restock and stay aware of inventory needs Support events and in-store experiences as needed What Sets You Apart You are naturally engaging and comfortable talking with all types of people You read the room and adjust your energy accordingly You take initiative without needing constant direction You are reliable, grounded, and composed —even on busy days You value teamwork and clear, respectful communication You show up prepared and ready to work at the start of your shift Availability Must be available weekends Additional weekday shifts may be available based on fit and availability Typical shifts range from 4-8 hours Compensation Hourly pay based on experience and alignment Opportunities for growth within the role
