Music & Arts is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store. You'll support students, parents, and educators by recommending instruments, accessories, and lesson programs that fit their needs and budgets. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing rentals, processing transactions, maintaining merchandising and inventory standards, and supporting school service programs. You'll model best practices for the sales team while promoting our student-focused, inclusive culture and helping grow music education in the community.
