Front Door Security

We are looking for a reliable, observant, and charismatic individual to join our team in our Front Door Security position. As the first face our customers see, you set the tone for their entire experience. This role is a unique blend of high-level customer service, administrative support, and proactive store security. Key Responsibilities Welcome every customer with a professional and friendly attitude. Diligently check IDs to ensure all guests meet entry requirements. Inform customers of current deals and discounts. Manage phone system, answering inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate people. Monitor the sales floor to prevent theft and identify any potential safety threats. Act as a deterrent for misconduct while maintaining a calm, welcoming environment for shoppers. Assist with light administrative tasks or front-end organization during quiet periods.

What We're Looking For Open Availability:

This is a full-time position. Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Sharp Intuition:

You have a "sixth sense" for spotting suspicious behavior while remaining professional.

Communication Skills:

You can handle difficult conversations (like turning away someone without an ID) with tact and firmness.

Reliability:

You are punctual and understand that the store can't open without you at the post.

Experience:
