As a Metro by T-Mobile Retail consultant, you are a mobility expert who is responsible for connecting customers to the things that matter most in their lives. you are strengthening Metro's Brand by delivering an unparalleled customer experience and outcome that transcends beyond the store visit. You stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends that enable you to provide a total sales solution to the customer. You are responsible for delivering key performance results in sales that are most important to Metro's overall strategy and growth. You are driven to achieve by the happiness of each customer's experience, the success of your store team and the satisfaction that you are changing lives buy connecting people to what they enjoy. Employees must be available to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays. A Metro by T-Mobile Retail Consultant Provides a total sales solution to the customer regarding their wirless/ mobility needs that includes: selling the value for Metro by T-Mobile devices, accessories and service plans. Maximizing customer connections, saving the customer money, personalizing the customer experience, protecting their investment. Delivers an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty and strengthens the Metro by T-Mobile Brand. Meets or exceeds key performance objectives that includes sales goals. Makes certain accurate customer account set-up so they are ready to use when leaving the store. Identifies the right solutions to customer billing, technical and or account issues. Completes all courses in your curriculum parse with the required time frames. Complies with all operational policies and procedures including the our Employee Code Of Conduct. To keep our employees and customers safe we've installed clear plastic barriers, and provided masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.
