You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention) Have excellent customer service, making customers feel welcomed and satisfied Support daily operations Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome Qualifications Experience in retail or service industry Deep interest in fashion Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people Open availability preferred. Weekend availability is a must. Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.
