Store Associate

the Job Summary Full-Time Store Associate / Store Operations Team Member - 7-Eleven We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated full-time employee to join our busy 7-Eleven team. This position is ideal for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, work independently, and help manage daily store operations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise Prepare hot food and maintain food safety standards Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked Monitor inventory levels and assist with deliveries Maintain coffee, fountain, and fresh food areas Handle opening and/or closing duties Assist with vendor check-ins and store upkeep Follow company policies and safety procedures Work efficiently during busy hours and multitask when needed

Requirements:

Reliable and punctual Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous convenience store or retail experience preferred, but not required Must be trustworthy, responsible, and willing to learn all aspects of store operations
