The Door & Window Sales Associate is responsible for supporting customers with product selection, quoting, and order management for doors, windows, and related building products. This role combines customer service, sales support, and technical product knowledge to help customers successfully complete residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
: Assist homeowners, contractors, and walk-in customers with product selection and project needs Prepare quotes, process orders, and support special-order requests Deliver a professional and solution-oriented customer experience through in-person, phone, and email communication Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat and referral business Provide guidance on product specifications, measurements, options, lead times, and installation considerations Maintain knowledge of product lines, vendor offerings, pricing, and promotions Support customers with warranty claims and service-related issues Accurately process customer transactions, quotes, and order documentation Ensure order details, pricing, and product information are complete and accurate Coordinate with internal teams to support timely fulfillment and delivery Support department sales goals and business growth initiatives Communicate customer feedback, requests, and service concerns to management Work collaboratively with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area Follow company policies and procedures related to pricing, inventory, safety, and loss prevention Perform additional duties as assigned What you will bring:: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and order entry systems Experience in sales, customer service, or building materials environments Familiarity with doors, windows, millwork, or construction products Experience with quoting, order entry, or special-order processing Understanding of basic selling and negotiation principles Combination of showroom, office, and warehouse/store environment comfortability Ability to stand, walk, and assist customers throughout the shift Ability to lift and move materials as needed Exposure to varying temperatures and operational environments May require extended hours or weekends based on business needs What you will earn::

Commission (5% + Hourly after 6 month probationary period)

Applicants can expect to accrue 10 days of paid time off during their first two years of service (3.08 hours accrued per pay period), increasing to 15 days (4.62 hours per pay period) in years 3-5, and 20 days (6.15 hours per pay period) after 6 or more years of service.
