Retail Sales Associate

This position is for weekend shifts only. We are looking for someone who can commit to long term, 1 yr+ and work at least two full weekends a month. Schedules are flexible, but we strive to have every other weekend set schedule. Sat 10-6:00pm and Sunday 10:30-5:00. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in purchases. Customer focused Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, transactions, and returns. Stock shelves accurately, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is inviting and well-maintained. Maintain organized inventory records, perform tasks, and assist with stock replenishment. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:

Work two full weekends a month. Hiring weekends only, full shift Previous experience or knowledge in retail, antiques, apparel is preferred, but willing to train the right person! Strong communication skills. Basic retail math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth checkout processes. Must have quick and accurate typing abilities. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain tidy displays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
