Our Ballard Ave flagship is where that story comes to life every day, and we're hiring one part-time seasonal associate to help us cover the busiest stretch of our year, heading into the holidays. Hours vary week to week, averaging 10-15 hours per week, with some holiday weeks running up to ~20 hours. Core Duties Customer Experience:

Greet and assist customers, share the S&T story and scent notes, offer gifting guidance, and create a warm, unhurried shopping experience

Store Upkeep:

Comfortable with cleaning and dusting shelves daily, restocking inventory, and maintaining displays; able to lift and receive packages weighing up to 40 pounds

Point of Sale:

Ring up purchases accurately, handle transactions professionally, and wrap/bag with care

Product Knowledge:

Learn the Muse Collection scent family and seasonal offerings well enough to recommend confidently

Holiday Support:

Help with gift-wrapping, seasonal merchandising, and extra coverage during our busiest weeks Schedule This is a fixed-term seasonal role running October 1 through December 31, 2026, providing coverage for the added demands of the holiday season. There is no guarantee of continued employment beyond December 31. Most Tuesdays, 11:00am - 6:00pm (or extended hours in December, see below) Occasional additional days (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday) as needed. At least one more day per week with Tuesdays Extra shifts through the holiday rush, especially the weeks of Thanksgiving and the two weekends before Christmas Holiday season hours (Nov-Dec): store hours extend on weekends and select weekdays (e.g., Fri/Sat open until 7-8pm); shifts adjust accordingly and we'll share the schedule at least two weeks in advance Hours will vary week to week, averaging 10-15 hours/week, with some holiday weeks running higher (up to ~20 hours)
