  • 2,000+ Weekly Potential Brightside Windows | Silverdale, WA Brightside Windows is expanding in the Silverdale area and looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our neighborhood outreach team.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, communication skills, and real sales experience. What You'll Do Talk with homeowners in residential neighborhoods Introduce Brightside Windows and our window solutions Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations Track appointments and daily activity from your phone Work toward individual and team goals This is an outdoor, field-based canvassing position involving walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
