The ideal candidate will possess strong cummunication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Whether assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, managing inventory, or handling transactions and ensuring a positive experience, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming space where customers feel valued. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide accurate information regarding products and services. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. Assist customers with equipment maintenance inquiries, including receiving equipment for services and repairs. Must be able to safely lift and carry 50 lbs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance the customer experience. Stock shelves efficiently while monitoring inventory levels to ensure product availability. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing, discounts and promotions. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, striving for resolution that satisfies both the customer and the company. Requirements Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers effectively. Previous experience in outdoor power equipment sales and service is preferred but not required. Proficient in cash handling and basic retail math. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving product. Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and proactive problem-solving approach. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.

Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
