Tacoma, WA Starting compensation: $40,000 - 50,000 annually, plus commission We're hiring a Retail Customer Associate to represent AT&T products and services at assigned retail locations in the Tacoma area. In this customer-facing role, you'll connect with shoppers, answer questions about wireless plans and devices, and help customers complete purchases and service enrollments. This opportunity is a good fit for someone with retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience who enjoys working with people. What You'll Do Greet shoppers and start conversations about AT&T products and services. Explain wireless plans, device options, and available promotions. Help customers identify options that fit their needs. Complete sales and service enrollments accurately. Work toward individual and team sales goals.
