Job Description
The Sandbar is a lakefront café + bar serving specialty coffee, craft beverages and food. We are part of a locally owned hospitality group built around community and quality. We value strong customer service skills, consistency, teamwork, and a positive attitude. 1-2 years cafe, coffee shop, restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not requires. Strong work ethic and punctuality required Team members take orders, prepare food, beverages, liquor and specialty coffee drinks. Must be willing to work independently and as a small team in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Team members must be outgoing, energetic and able to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts. Successful team members are self-motivated and take direction as needed. Part time to full-time (30-40 hours/week) This is NOT a seasonal SUMMER position. Paid training starts in July.
