We operate a nationwide e-commerce business and a local retail and installation facility from our newly renovated, state-of-the-art 27,000-square-foot headquarters. We specialize in car, truck, motorcycle, marine, and powersports audio and accessories. Position Overview The E-Commerce & Retail Sales Associate supports both our local showroom and online sales operations. This position involves helping customers, answering phones and online inquiries, scheduling installations, creating product listings, and assisting with other day-to-day business needs. This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working with customers, learning new products, using computers, and shifting between different responsibilities throughout the day. You do not need to know everything about mobile electronics when you start, but you must be willing to learn, accept feedback, pay attention to details, and consistently follow through. Responsibilities Customer Service and Sales Greet and assist customers in our showroom. Help customers identify products and accessories that fit their vehicles and needs. Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally. Explain products, services, pricing, and installation options. Follow up with customers when additional information or parts are needed. Provide friendly, accurate, and dependable service. Installation Scheduling Schedule customer installation appointments. Gather accurate vehicle, product, and customer information. Coordinate with the installation team to confirm parts, labor requirements, and scheduling. Help ensure customers understand what to expect before their appointments. E-Commerce Support Create and update product listings on platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. Enter accurate product titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing. Research products and verify information using manufacturer and vendor resources. Review listings for errors and make corrections when needed. Assist with online orders, customer questions, pricing updates, and inventory-related tasks. Administrative and Team Support Create and update reports using Excel or Google Sheets. Maintain organized and accurate customer, product, and sales information. Assist co-workers and other departments as needed. Help keep the showroom and work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready. Learn additional responsibilities as your product knowledge and experience grow. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Automotive, mobile audio, motorcycle, marine, or powersports interest is a plus. Preferred Experience Previous experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong transferable skills and the right attitude: Retail sales or customer service E-commerce or online marketplace listings Automotive parts or accessories Consumer electronics Shopify, eBay, Amazon, or Walmart Marketplace Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets ChatGPT Hours and Benefits 38-40 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule. Possible Saturday morning in the future.
