What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional Customer Service Every customer interaction is an opportunity to brighten someone's morning. As a Front Store Associate, you will: Welcome every customer with a friendly, genuine attitude. Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently. Answer questions and confidently recommend menu items. Keep our donut display stocked, organized, and inviting throughout the day. Prepare breakfast sandwiches, croissants, kolaches, and other menu items. Deliver fast, accurate service during busy morning rushes while maintaining a positive attitude. Keep the Bakery Looking Its Best Our customers notice the little things. You'll help: Maintain a clean, organized front counter, dining area, beverage station, and restrooms. Restock cups, lids, napkins, utensils, and other supplies. Brew fresh coffee and prepare beverages. Assist with opening setup and daily preparation. Help clean and restock before the end of your shift. Be a Great Teammate We're looking for people who make the team stronger.

You'll:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Organized and able to multitask. Willing to learn and accept feedback. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Available to work mornings and weekends. Previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurants, or food service is a plus—but not required. We'll happily train the right person with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
