This is a commission-based sales position with NO CAP on your earnings. $45,000-$70,000+ potential annual earnings Uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn Full-time, on-site position Day shift — no nights or weekends Opportunity to grow with an established automotive company
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll be a key part of our sales team, helping customers find the right parts while building relationships and closing sales. You'll sell used, aftermarket, and rebuilt automotive parts to: Retail customers Wholesale customers Auto body shops Insurance companies Collision repair businesses You'll connect with customers through phone calls, walk-ins, email, online inquiries, and follow-ups — turning opportunities into sales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is: Fluent in English and Spanish — preferred Driven, competitive, and motivated by earning potential Confident and comfortable talking with customers Organized and able to manage multiple customers and tasks Strong in sales, follow-up, and customer service Comfortable working with computers and multiple software systems Professional with excellent phone etiquette Experienced in automotive sales, service, collision repair, or a related field preferred

Experience with any of these is a major plus: Pinnacle Hollander CheckMate CCC Pathways Mitchell Auto body or collision repair Insurance claims and estimating
