Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Hayward Bait Retail Associate, where you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our valued customers seeking fishing supplies and outdoor essentials. As a key team member, you'll help drive sales through engaging product demos, upselling techniques, and maintaining an organized, attractive store layout.
