Burger Night Crew Member

Together Farms is hiring Burger Night Crew Members for the 2026 season. This is not your typical kitchen or counter job. Our kitchen is technically a food truck, but it is bigger than some restaurants, full of windows and natural light, and sits right on a real working farm. Think fresh air, sunshine, cows in the distance and live music in the background, not a windowless stainless steel box. Burger Night is one of the busiest, most fun parts of our season. It is fast-paced, team-dependent and best for people who like to stay busy, work hard and be part of something guests genuinely enjoy. What this job can include Depending on the night, staffing and your strengths, Burger Night crew members may work in different areas, including: Grill / flat top Fryer Plater / expo Window / runner Bun toaster / support Dishwasher Order taker / front counter Most team members have a primary station, but depending on the night and experience level, one person may help cover multiple areas. What this job is really like This is not a stand-around job. It is hot, fast-paced, loud at times and team-dependent. We are looking for people who can move with urgency, stay calm under pressure, pay attention to detail and keep quality up when things get busy. You also need to be able to take direction, handle correction without falling apart and jump in where needed to help the team. Schedule Our 2026 Burger Night season officially runs through October 4 . Burger Night is open to the public: Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm Saturdays at 3pm Sundays at 12pm Shift times vary by role. Some team members start 1 to 2 hours before opening for setup and prep, some start closer to the rush and most stay 1 to 2 hours after close for cleanup and end-of-night tasks. To offer more flexibility, some staff may have the option to work only certain days or every other weekend. That said, priority will still go to building dependable teams that work well together.
