Part-Time Center Associate Location:

Monona, WI Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

25-30 hours per week (Day shifts, weekend availability required) Join Our Team at The UPS Store! We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time or Full-time Center Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping, printing, packaging, and other business services while delivering outstanding customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced retail environment and wants to learn multiple aspects of business services and logistics. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries Process shipments and package customer items for delivery Assist customers with printing, copying, laminating, and binding services Operate store equipment such as copiers, shipping systems, and POS systems Help customers choose the best shipping and service options Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow store procedures and quality guidelines Complete required online and in-store training What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ year of customer service or retail experience preferred Strong communication and computer skills Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude Detail-oriented and able to multitask Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation and good attendance Benefits Performance bonus opportunities Employee discounts Uniforms provided Ongoing training and development UPS employee cell phone discount after 3 months
