What You'll Do:

Lead a team of production associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support Conduct performance management and employee reviews Monitor team performance and set goals to meet production targets Oversee inventory, materials, and workflow to ensure efficiency Collaborate with management to implement process improvements Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:
