Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate and become the face of our brand! In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers, provide expert product demonstrations, and create an inviting shopping environment. Your enthusiasm and customer-first attitude will drive sales and ensure every visitor leaves satisfied. Whether assisting with product selections or managing transactions, your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service every day. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays for maximum appeal Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and accurate register operations Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Supervise team members when needed, providing guidance on customer service standards and sales techniques Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked to provide a seamless shopping experience Skills Proven experience in retail sales with strong customer service skills Knowledge of POS systems and cashiering procedures for smooth transactions Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and inventory management Effective communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
