Retail Associate / Donation Attendant Blue Butterfly Thrift Store is looking for a dependable and hardworking Retail Associate / Donation Attendant to join our team! If you have previous experience in retail, customer service, stocking, merchandising, warehouse work, or working with the public, we would love to hear from you. Experience in a thrift store is not required. We are looking for people who are reliable, willing to work hard, and enjoy being part of a team. This position is an important part of our daily operations and includes both customer-facing retail responsibilities and working with donated merchandise.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing friendly and helpful customer service Operating the cash register and handling transactions Sorting, processing, pricing, and preparing donated merchandise Stocking and organizing merchandise throughout the store Creating attractive and organized displays Assisting customers and answering questions Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming Safely moving and lifting donated items Working with staff and volunteers Following store procedures and helping support the daily operations of the store What we're looking for: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Reliable and dependable attendance A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Ability to work independently and take direction Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday No thrift store experience?
