Job Description

Zeno Management is looking for a high-speed personality for a high-speed AT&T Sales Associate. Our Milwaukee sales and consulting firm is the primary partner for AT&T Fiber. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll specialize in sales and customer service, hitting your production goals while proving that a professional sales career is the best way to develop customer service skills. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you step into the heart of the community as a representative of the biggest telecommunications client. This AT&T Sales Associate role trains you thoroughly in technology and customer service / sales. Conversations with residents allow you to tailor every interaction and deliver the clear message that AT&T Fiber is here to stay. Responsibilities of the AT&T Sales Associate Arrive prepared to listen to customers and guide them toward AT&T Fiber solutions that solve real connectivity issues and connect with their needs. Break down AT&T Fiber plans into simple, clear comparisons during in‑home conversations to support confident decisions. Support new customers through enrollment by explaining terms plainly and confirming they understand how Fiber improves daily use. Recommend additional AT&T Fiber services that elevate the household experience. Coordinate with fellow reps and installation teams to ensure every activation feels seamless and customer‑ready. Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales and customer support is helpful but not mandatory. Comfortable managing multiple customer interactions while maintaining professionalism. Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to contribute to team-based sales goals.
Pay:
$850.00 - $1,300.00 per week
