Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting the right auto parts and accessories by leveraging extensive product knowledge and mechanical troubleshooting skills Provide expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems, and repair procedures to ensure customer satisfaction Manage inventory control and parts stocking to maintain optimal stock levels using inventory management systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Process sales transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and other payment methods with professionalism Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, bilingual support if applicable, and personalized service tailored to client needs Support vehicle maintenance tasks by understanding automotive repair processes and offering relevant product recommendations Maintain organized work areas, ensure proper stock rotation, and assist with inventory audits to uphold operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales within an automotive or parts store environment; dealership experience is a plus Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive parts, vehicle systems, and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and repair procedures Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to handle cashiering duties, cash handling, and retail math accurately Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory control, and customer service workflows Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and phone etiquette Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive solutions!
