We currently sell outdoor power equipment including push mowers, riding mowers, snowblowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, leaf blowers and more. We service a variety of major brands from Toro, Ariens, Stihl, Craftsman, John Deere, Echo and more. We currently repair single-stage and two-stage snowblowers, push mowers, riding mowers, chainsaws, weed trimmers, generators, rototillers and more. Responsibilities The Sales Team Member will work with the sales team to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers, help the sales department operations run smoothly and be looking for ways to improve processes and practices.

Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and offer assistance with their hardware and power equipment needs Gain knowledge of the products we sell, their locations in the store, and their features - and be able to clearly communicate those to the customer Cashier Answering Phones Assist with inventory including receiving and stocking merchandise and identifying potential issues including price discrepancies and more. General store cleaning and maintenance Assistance with unloading freight trucks Product assembly including power equipment and grills Other duties as assigned by your supervisor Requirements and Other Details The ideal candidate for this position should: Be at least 18 years of age (required) Have a High School Diploma or GED (required) Have strong inter-personal skills, dependability to show up on time for shifts and communicate well in advance of any issues, good verbal communication skills Be computer literate Be self-motivated, organized, high attention to detail, and reliable A few other key details include: Anticipated 30-40 hours/week. The position is paid hourly. The pay is based on experience/qualifications Saturdays required (9-2)
