Backroom Associate The Backroom Associate is responsible for unloading trucks, processing freight to be ready for floor merchandising,and working to get all new products ready for the sales floor. This position ensures that all customers have a greatexperience through friendly and helpful interactions, and by maintaining a neat, clean, organized store. Sales Floor Associate The Sales Floor Associate will engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service. Thisposition will assist in maintaining the sales floor by stocking merchandise, building merchandise displays, supportingfitting room operations, and other duties to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. This position ensuresthat all customers have a great experience in the store through friendly, helpful interactions, and by maintaining aneat, clean, and organized store. Merchandise Lead The Merchandise Lead oversees and takes ownership of the sales performance and visual standards of assigneddepartments within the store. This position will ensure that all assigned departments of the sales floor are alwaysneat, clean, and organized before, during, and after business hours.
