Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find exactly what they need! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, answer questions, and create a welcoming shopping environment. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive sales and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your retail expertise while working in a fast-paced and team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services with enthusiasm and professionalism Answer and educate customers about our products we make and the benefits. Operate the point of sale (Square) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling, processing payments and refunds if needed. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked while products are fronted. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts when needed Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive phone etiquette when assisting remotely on the phone. Cleaning around the store for a cleanliness environment.
