As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our jewelry store. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales, preferably in a high end product environment. Ability to sell products confidently while providing excellent customer service. Proficient in operating POS systems for transaction processing. Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that attract customer interest.
