Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and recommend new products they may enjoy. Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash and card transactions accurately. Restock merchandise and maintain attractive, well-organized displays. Keep the store clean by sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass, and maintaining restrooms and common areas. Receive, organize, and put away inventory shipments. Regularly check inventory levels and accurately document items that need to be reordered on the store's order list. Ensure products are properly faced, labeled, and organized throughout the store. Verify customer identification and follow all company policies and applicable laws regarding age-restricted products. Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment. Work as part of a team while also being able to complete tasks independently. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily store operations. Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older . Must have reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Willingness to learn about our products and stay up to date on new arrivals. Must be detail-oriented and take pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. Comfortable handling cash, operating a point-of-sale (POS) system, and following company policies. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
