Counter/Inside Sales Associate

Crum Electric Supply is seeking experienced, hardworking candidates for Counter/Inside Sales Associate position in our Gillette, WY location. Individual will be responsible for sales and application assistance to electrical contractors and industrial customers. You will be assisting customers over the phone, at the counter, and via email. What you'll be doing: Assisting customers at the counter for sales and material Phone calls, emails, quotes, counter sales, pull orders Daily inside sales tasks for industrial, commercial and residential customers Complete an accurate bill of materials from specs and one-lines Negotiate pricing with manufacturers and customers Follow-up and project management Build customer relationships by providing complete solutions with quality products and competitive pricing What you need for this position: Past electrical and/or wholesaling experience necessary Strong computer proficiency Organizational skills are necessary to be successful Must be able to learn products, sales processes, and systems Goal oriented individual with the ability to provide world-class service to our customers Pre-employment drug screening required What's in it for you: Join an energetic sales team with future opportunities for advancement Competitive compensation program with growth opportunities Exceptional training and development programs to support your career growth.
