Job Overview Join our vibrant community as a Clubhouse Attendant, where your energy and hospitality will create memorable experiences for guests of all ages. In this dynamic role, you'll be the welcoming face of our resort's clubhouse, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest service, and a fun-filled environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive clubhouse experience Assist with organizing and managing events, activities, and recreational programs for diverse age groups Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a friendly atmosphere at all times Enforce rules and safety policies to promote a secure environment for all visitors Manage reservations or bookings for clubhouse amenities using designated systems Qualifications Age 21 or older If you thrive in lively environments and enjoy working with diverse groups of people, we invite you to bring your positive spirit to our team!
