Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and service-driven Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to support daily restaurant operations. The FOH Supervisor assists in leading shifts, coaching team members, ensuring the "Gold Standard" guest experience, and maintaining efficient, organized service. This is an hourly leadership position ideal for those looking to take the next step toward management. The FOH Supervisor works closely with the FOH Manager and General Manager to ensure consistency, quality, and excellence throughout every shift. Key Responsibilities ( include but are not limited to): Shift Execution Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned. Oversee dining room flow, guest seating, and team coordination during service. Ensure all FOH stations are clean, stocked, and organized. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Guest Relations Deliver exceptional hospitality and model professional guest interaction. Resolve guest concerns with promptness, empathy, and professionalism. Monitor service quality and step in to support staff during high-volume periods. Team Support & Leadership Coach and mentor servers, bartenders, and hosts to uphold company standards. Participate in staff training, development, and performance feedback. Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams to maintain seamless operations. Assist management in enforcing company policies and procedures. Operational Support Monitor inventory levels and assist with deliveries and restocking. Ensure compliance with all sanitation, alcohol, and safety regulations. Observe alcohol service practices to ensure responsible service. Support implementation of company initiatives and operational improvements.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role in a high-volume restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork. Must have or obtain current TAPS and Alaska Food Handler or ServSafe certifications. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
