Assistant Store Manager•İstanbul Florentia AVM•On-site The Assistant Store Leader supports the Store Leader in the daily operations of the Dyson store, guiding the team and ensuring the flawless delivery of the brand experience. This role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and active engagement on the shop floor to drive both operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. The Assistant Store Leader contributes to store targets, supports team development, and ensures Dyson's innovative brand standards are consistently executed.
About the role:
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, and provide recommendations to the Store Leader. Support the testing and implementation of new services, process improvements, and operational enhancements. Track and execute actions that contribute to overall store performance. Share observations related to stock, services, and operations with the Store Leader and relevant managers. Ensure Dyson's high customer experience standards are fully implemented in the store. Handle customer complaints at the first stage and escalate to the Store Leader when necessary. Create personalized and meaningful customer interactions with the team, fostering strong brand ambassadors. Collaborate with the Store Leader and relevant teams to execute activities within the Retail Activations calendar. Support the Store Leader in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members. Contribute to daily goal setting, performance tracking, and feedback processes. Help build a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture. Take an active role in daily floor leadership, demonstrating excellent customer experience and operational execution. Contribute to improving key store performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, NPS, average basket size, cross-selling, etc.). Monitor results, identify trends, and share insights with the Store Leader to support action planning. Ensure local operational and visual strategies are correctly implemented in the store. Play an active role in store preparation during peak periods. Ensure compliance with Dyson's standards for operations, safety, cash handling, health & safety, and loss prevention. Support the protection of all confidential information, including customer, team, and business data. Take responsibility for opening/closing procedures, stock accuracy, store maintenance, and daily operational tasks. Work with the Store Leader to resolve issues affecting operations or team performance.

Stock accuracy, shrinkage, visual compliance, audit results About you: 3-4 years of team management experience. Good level of English. Experience in management or supervisory roles within fast-paced, customer-focused retail environments. Proactive, energetic, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative. Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Availability to work weekends and peak trading periods. Proven success in exceeding sales targets and delivering operational excellence. Ability to manage ambiguity and make sound decisions under pressure.
