Store Manager

Road-Mart, Inc. is seeking an experienced, dynamic, knowledgeable, and self-motivated Store Manager to lead our team at our Andalusia location . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to grow with a well-established company in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels Drive tire and service sales by leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain high standards of store presentation and organization to create an inviting environment Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations Apply automotive knowledge to support customer needs and team performance

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail or automotive management preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and sales abilities Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Compensation & Benefits:
