Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and training. Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities. Oversee daily store operations such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and cash handling procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues effectively. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting to assemble a high-performing team committed to excellence. Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to store operations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, inventory control, and reporting; monitor retail math to optimize profitability. Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones while managing store signage and merchandising standards. Supervise shift management duties including scheduling staff coverage, overseeing cashiering activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Maintain organizational skills to keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked; oversee stocking and inventory control processes. Foster a positive work environment through leadership in training & development programs focused on team growth and skill enhancement. Experience Proven management experience within retail sales or store management roles with demonstrated success in leading teams. Strong background in retail math, pricing strategies, merchandising, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and lead diverse teams confidently. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding new employees, and conducting performance evaluations. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping practices, and inventory control methods. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse customer bases; previous assistant manager experience is highly valued. Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff during shifts while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of retail marketing techniques along with skills in training & development to foster team success.
