Job Description
Huntsville-based paint and hardware store is seeking a Retail Store Manager. This position will manage all aspects of store operations including customer service, merchandising, inventory, financial reports and store safety. This position will also recruit and train store employees as needed, establish work schedules and assignments, and provide guidance to help increase sales and profitability. This is a well-established retail location. Previous paint and/or hardware sales and management experience is required for consideration . The ideal candidate will live in the Huntsville area, have strong planning and organizational skills, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, excel in providing excellent customer service and extensive coatings knowledge. Compensation package includes salary, bonuses and commission. Excellent benefits package including health, dental, vision, free GTL, voluntary life, accident, 401(k) and PTO from date of hire.
