A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Job Details Description Key Responsibilities:
Support the Store Manager in daily operations and overall store performance Supervise and lead team members to ensure excellent customer service Assist with hiring, training, and developing employees Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering and stocking Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner Assist in scheduling, payroll, and timekeeping processes Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and organization Help drive sales, meet performance goals, and control expenses Step in as acting Store Manager when needed Skills / Education /Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred) Previous retail or automotive management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits:
