Duties Lead and supervise the retail sales team during assigned shifts, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, stocking, and pricing to optimize sales and operational efficiency Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering procedures with accuracy and integrity Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent service standards Assist with recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and participating in onboarding processes Monitor sales performance, implement sales management strategies, and support achieving store targets Qualifications Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the retail industry, especially in sales team management Strong knowledge of retail math including basic math skills for cash handling, inventory management, and budgeting Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement Experience with POS systems, inventory management tools, and operational procedures such as purchasing and stock control Demonstrated leadership in training & development, team management, and operational oversight Familiarity with retail industry standards including merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management practices Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Previous experience in grocery or similar retail environments is a plus Join us as a Shift Leader to inspire your team, elevate customer experiences, and grow your career in a vibrant retail setting!
