• Hourly plus commission Well is a wellness studio in Mountain Brook combining physical therapy, Pilates, spa treatments, IV hydration, and recovery modalities. This role owns our retail program and supports the esthetic team behind the treatment room door. Retail Source and select skincare and retail product for the studio Place and track orders, manage inventory levels and reorders Handle vendor invoices, payments, and account reconciliation Maintain merchandising and product presentation Keep the team fluent on product knowledge and ingredients Aesthetic team support Serve as the primary point of contact for our estheticians Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and ready Review client charts for accuracy and completeness, confirming skincare goals are properly assessed and documented Support full books — monitor rebooking, follow-up intervals, and open availability Flag gaps between a client's stated goals and their treatment plan Requirements Minimum five years of retail experience in cosmetics, skincare, or spa (resumes without will not be reviewed) Prior Mindbody experience required Working knowledge of professional skincare products and ingredients Familiarity with wholesale buying Experience managing vendor relationships, invoicing, and inventory Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Compensation Hourly rate based on experience, plus commission on retail.
