Job Description

Overview We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Retail Furniture Store Manager to lead our Prattville, Alabama location. This position is ideal for an experienced retail leader who can drive sales, coach a team, deliver an excellent customer experience, and take ownership of store performance. The Store Manager will lead daily operations, develop sales associates, manage showroom standards, and help customers find the right furniture, mattress, and financing solutions for their homes. Responsibilities Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team to meet sales and customer-service goals Take ownership of daily store operations, staffing, scheduling, and team accountability Monitor sales performance, follow up on customer opportunities, and drive store traffic conversion Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns professionally Train new team members on products, sales techniques, financing, promotions, and company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, well-merchandised showroom Ensure pricing, signage, displays, and promotional materials are current and accurate Communicate with company leadership regarding sales results, staffing needs, customer issues, and operational opportunities Help manage inventory, deliveries, and order follow-up as needed Work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Prior retail management, furniture sales management, or high-volume sales leadership experience preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a sales team accountable Strong sales background with a focus on customer relationships and closing business Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and results-driven Comfortable using computers, sales systems, email, and basic reports High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or leadership training is a plus We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants who are ready to lead, grow sales, and build a successful team
Pay:
$52,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
